Food Portion Sizes in the Netherlands

Please review the portion sizes below before you answer the food consumption questions.

The food questions are in terms of how many times a week you consume each food type.  In your answer, each time per week = 1 portion size.  For example, if you consume chicken twice per week, you have consumed 2 portions in that week.
