Food Portion Sizes in the Netherlands
The food questions are in terms of how many times a week you consume each food type. In your answer, each time per week = 1 portion size. For example, if you consume chicken twice per week, you have consumed 2 portions in that week.

Please note that we opted to use portion sizes instead of serving sizes. Serving sizes are useful to measure amounts of food, but they generally do not reflect the amount of food consumed in a sitting.
